is currently looking for a

Sales Administrator Team Lead (Part Time) . The right candidate will assist the Sales Department providing a leadership resource to Sales Administrator team members through knowledge, experience, motivation, support and advice. Responsible for knowing and complying with proper procedures. Support sales team by creating, entering, and maintaining listings for homes into the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). Additional tasks to support the sales staff may include organizing supplies, creating reports, and back up to Sales Administrators.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Act as an expertise and knowledge focal point for the Sales Administrator team members

Ensure Sales Administrator team members have current knowledge of all internal policies and procedures

Train new Sales Administrators

Oversee the process to create, enter and maintain listings for the MLS on a timely basis and as assigned. This includes following up with sales agents for photos. Must comply with MLS rules and regulations

Create the spec home details in DHI Sales

Enter and update exterior color packages for new specs in all communities

Enter Go Dates in JDE, the date the spec home is ready to go to permit for all communities

Update Community Maps for DHI Sales, the appropriate stage is tagged to each lot (current and newly released) in each community

Develop presentations and assist during Sales Meeting. Create PowerPoint presentations based on the meeting agenda

Complete weekly Specials Report which includes available lots, pricing, stage and adjustments for all communities which is used across the division

Complete weekly Traffic Report each Monday consolidating all model traffic provided by Sales Agents

Complete weekly Quick Move In (QMI) sheets for each community

Submit all license information and documentation for new Sales Agents to Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR)

Back up Sales Administrators as needed

Organize and maintain inventory for model home supplies. Coordinating with sales agents to fulfill supply orders

Assist Sales Agents with minor computer issues

Support Sales Manager and Assistant Sales Managers as needed

Complete additional Sales Reports as requested

Conducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company

Supervisory Responsibilities May have supervisory responsibilities in the Sales & Marketing Department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education and/or Experience

Associate degree or equivalent from a two‑year college or technical school

Two to four years related experience and/or training

Must have a vehicle, a valid driver’s license

Ability to work well within a team

Possess strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to focus under pressure and comfortable meeting tight deadlines with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Strong organizational skills and ability to multi‑task

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral form or via DRH applications

Proficiency with MS Office and email

Preferred Qualifications

Prior working knowledge of the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) is a plus

JD Edwards experience helpful

Knowledge of real estate sales and transactions
