What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Collaborate with various teams to maximize efficiency and utilize Salesforce features based on user needs
Analyze current practices and create improvement strategies, including business cases and measurement plans
Provide troubleshooting, user support, and administration of the Salesforce system
Manage third‑party applications, conduct testing, and maintain system documentation
Oversee ongoing data maintenance and develop strategies for data management
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum 6 years of hands‑on experience as a Salesforce Analyst or Administrator
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience with Salesforce at a nonprofit
Salesforce.com Administrator certification is required
Advanced knowledge of Salesforce and third‑party applications
Strong problem‑solving and analytic skills demonstrated in process mapping and re‑engineering
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
In‑depth knowledge of the Nonprofit Success Pack and experience with custom fields, coding, and integrations
Experience with email marketing
Strong reporting background using Salesforce reporting tools and third‑party applications
