What is Required (Qualifications):
Significant experience using Salesforce, particularly in a leadership role
Salesforce Administrator Certification (Advanced Admin/App Builder preferred)
Proven success in enterprise-scale implementations
Expertise across multiple Salesforce clouds
Strong business acumen and ability to influence at the executive level
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in managing CRM systems within a global organization
Familiarity with integrating Salesforce with ERP, marketing automation, and billing systems
Background in change management and governance processes
