Oversee the workflow through the Quicklane shop at a Ford dealership, supervising Quicklane Technicians who perform oil changes, fluid checks, belt and filter inspections, and gauge readings. Be part of the Ford Family where service to employees, customers, and the world is valued.
Responsibilities
Supervise and train Quicklane Technicians.
Ensure all vehicles receive proper maintenance services.
Inspect belts, filters, and fluid levels.
Verify air, gas, and fluid gauges are accurate.
Maintain a fast‑paced, safe work environment.

Requirements
High school diploma or GED (technical degree preferred).
Minimum of 1 year in a service department.
Ford Certification (plus).
Previous experience at a Ford dealership (plus).
Ability to identify problems quickly.
Strong automotive knowledge.
Effective analytical and communication skills.
Excellent reading, computer, and mathematics skills.
Comfortable operating electronic diagnostic equipment.
Ability to learn new technology, repair, and service procedures and specifications.
Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Positive, friendly attitude.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
