Princeton Property Management is searching for a Part- time Leasing Agent for the Eagle Pointe Apartments located in Vancouver, Washington!
The ideal candidate will have one year of leasing experience, thrive in a team environment and is self‑motivated and deadline driven with excellent customer service and administrative skills.
This position is part-time at 16 hours per week .
Property management and leasing experience is preferred. Professional sales, marketing techniques, and solid customer service experience is required.
Pay range is $21.00 to $23.00 an hour depending on experience along with a monthly $25 phone reimbursement.
What is needed from you:
Meet and greet prospective residents, in a timely and friendly manner
Follow up with any prospective residents as needed
Qualify applicants for apartments in a thorough and timely manner
Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure smooth move‑ins for the new residents
Maintain thorough and up‑to‑date rental files. Accurately enter rental data into the computer
Prepare leases for and oversee the signing of leases by new residents
Assist in completion of monthly administrative tasks and ensure property paperwork is organized and complete
Interact with residents in a professional manner
