Overview
The candidate will apply user-centered design principles to create seamless user journeys, intuitive interfaces, and meaningful interactions. The role drives creation of wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize and communicate design concepts. The candidate will collaborate with FW & SW development engineers, to ensure designs are technically feasible and aligned with development constraints.
Responsibilities
Analyzes or designs user experience solutions for products and service lines based on established design principles and in accordance with design strategy, practices, and guidelines.
Translates concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
Creates prototypes to conduct usability tests and user research and works with UX Research team to test and gather user experience data in accordance with established research plans and specifications; analyzes, describes, and reports results to design stakeholders.
Assesses, develops, and implements portions of user experience design plans, changes, specifications, and reusable design elements for new and existing products.
Collaborates and communicates with internal and outsourced development partners on user experience design and development.
Collaborates closely with members of GxD team to ensure that designs meet requirements and goals are of high quality and participates as a member of project team; internal and outsourced design and development partners to develop holistic, high-quality user experience solutions for low to moderately- complex projects, products, and services.
Education & Experience
Four-year or Graduate Degree in Design, Human Factors Engineering, Social Sciences research, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
Typically has 2-4 years of work experience, preferably in design principles, human factors engineering, social sciences research, or a related field or an advanced degree

The base pay range for this role is $90,100 to $138,750 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
