Seasonal Bilingual Credentialed Tax Professional - Remote
Overview: Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you!
What You Will Do
You will help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products.
Provide tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries.
Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
This is a virtual, customer-facing role; you will use video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records.
Who You Are
Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws; active PTIN.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written and spoken).
Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation and enhancing customer experience.
Excellent customer service skills and comfort interacting with customers through video and audio tools in a professional manner.
What You Need
Must have (or be willing to obtain) internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Compensation and Location Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a pay-for-performance approach. The expected base pay ranges by location include:
Bay Area California $28.80 - $36.50
Southern California $28.80 - $36.50
Colorado $27.50 - $34.80
Hawaii $28.80 - $36.50
Illinois $27.50 - $34.80
Maryland $27.50 - $34.80
Massachusetts $28.80 - $36.50
Minnesota $24.80 - $30.30
New Jersey $28.80 - $36.50
New York $28.80 - $36.50
Ohio $24.80 - $30.30
Vermont $27.50 - $34.80
Washington $28.80 - $36.50
Washington DC $28.80 - $36.50
Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. This position may be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits in accordance with applicable programs.
