Experience: 1 year of experience within the Multifamily Property Management industry.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree preferred
Type: Full-time; Temporary
Schedule: Monday Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
HH Staffing is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
- Greet prospective residents and provide property tours
- Respond to inquiries and assist with the leasing application process
- Maintain accurate records of leasing activity and resident communication
- Ensure leasing office and community areas are clean and well-presented
- Support marketing efforts, including open houses and promotional materials
Position Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
- Experience with property management software (Yardi, OneSite preferred)
- Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and leasing regulations
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
