to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
Greet prospective residents and provide property tours
Respond to inquiries and assist with the leasing application process
Maintain accurate records of leasing activity and resident communication
Ensure leasing office and community areas are clean and well-presented
Support marketing efforts, including open houses and promotional materials
Position Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
Experience with property management software (Yardi, OneSite preferred)
Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and leasing regulations
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
