to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description
Identify and secure new multifamily and HOA property management opportunities across Florida.
Build and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, developers, and asset managers.
Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and management agreements.
Drive portfolio growth by originating and closing new management contracts.
Track leads, pipeline activity, and conversions using CRM systems.
Collaborate with leadership to align growth initiatives with company objectives.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
Position Requirements
Strong existing network within Florida’s real estate, multifamily, or HOA market.
Proven ability to close new management contracts or large-scale real estate service deals.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Familiarity with the Florida multifamily and HOA landscape.
Ability to work independently and manage a results‑driven workload.
Highly motivated, professional, and relationship-focused.
