Make a Difference Every Day Central Florida Communities, Inc. is seeking compassionate and reliable caregivers to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in warm, community-based group home environments. We operate 17 homes, each housing up to six residents, promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life.
What You’ll Do
Assist residents with daily living activities (grooming, hygiene, meals, etc.)
Support individualized behavior and care plans
Provide supervision and maintain a safe and positive environment
Administer medications (training provided)
Complete required documentation (electronic & written)

Who We’re Looking For Required:
High School diploma/GED
21+ years old
Valid Florida driver’s license
Clean driving record
Preferred:
1+ year experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
Additional Information
Drug-free workplace (random testing)
Background and sex offender registry checks required
Active, hands-on role (standing, bending, movement required)
