Salary:
$75,000.00–$80,000.00 Job Summary As an Executive Sous Chef with Levy, you will lead culinary operations, execute menus that exceed guest expectations, and ensure safety and sanitation standards are met. You will maintain brand recipes, drive cost control, and foster a culture of hospitality and teamwork. Responsibilities
Execute menus in accordance with brand standards. Maintain recipes to meet core standards. Ensure team members consistently deliver heartfelt hospitality to every guest. Empower team members with the tools needed to succeed. Maintain show quality standards at all times. Obtain feedback from clients and guests to improve operations. Support and communicate Levy initiatives. Respond to and assist with guest service issues. Hold team accountable to service steps. Execute preventive maintenance schedule. Conduct daily walkthroughs of culinary areas for events. Continuously expand culinary expertise. Practice proper product control and inventory management. Meet daily sales and cost goals. Maintain security, safety, and sanitation standards. Forecast and schedule staff to meet operational needs. Plan operations to ensure adequate product and equipment ordering. Enforce Levy guidelines as stated in training manuals. Display a positive attitude toward team members. Interview, hire, train, and develop team members. Conduct regular meetings to ensure open communication. Promote a cooperative work climate to maximize productivity and morale. Use performance management tools to guide and feedback team members. Assist teammates when necessary. Mentor Sous Chefs to improve leadership skills. Perform other duties as needed. Qualifications
Culinary degree preferred. Ability to taste and evaluate food and beverage products. Effective communication with management, guests, and staff. Strong team-building and leadership skills. Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, e‑mail, and the Internet. Benefits
