EJ Equipment Supervising and Training Staff: Overseeing the work of technicians, providing training, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations. Technical Expertise: Performing complex diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on vehicles or equipment. Scheduling and Workflow Management: Creating and managing work schedules to ensure efficient operations. Quality Control: Ensuring all work meets industry standards and customer expectations. Customer Relations: Addressing customer concerns and ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Inventory Management: Monitoring and ordering necessary parts and supplies. Administrative Tasks: Maintaining detailed records, preparing reports, and conducting performance reviews.
Key Responsibilities:

Leadership: Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage and motivate a team effectively. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
