Description
We are seeking an experienced Shop Foreman to join our fast-growing Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram dealership. This is a leadership role for a high-level technician who also has strong management skills and a passion for driving results.
Position Overview The Shop Foreman will be responsible for overseeing all technicians, maintaining efficient workflow, supporting difficult diagnostics/repairs, and ensuring the highest levels of quality and productivity in the service shop.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and mentor all shop technicians
Drive production and maintain an efficient, organized shop
Assist with advanced diagnostics and complex repairs
Ensure repair quality, proper documentation, and adherence to OEM standards
Work closely with Service Management to meet performance goals
Support training, development, and positive team communication
Qualifications
Strong management and leadership experience
Master Technician or equivalent skill level preferred
Proven ability to diagnose and repair complex issues
CDJR/FCA experience is a plus
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
