Overview
ServiceMaster Services is looking for a self-motivated, results-driven professional to join our team. As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a vital role in expanding our market in the South Puget Sound region by building relationships, generating new business, and ensuring excellent service for existing clients. Location & Compensation
Location: Tacoma, WA Pay Rate: $55,000 per year plus commissions Benefits

Identify and pursue new opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling. Create and present proposals to potential clients. Foster relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with operations team to ensure smooth service. Keep track of opportunities and sales in CRM system. Qualifications
High school Diploma or equivalent (some college or degree preferred) Experience in business development or client relations (janitorial or commercial cleaning industry preferred) Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM system A self-starter with strong organizational skills Valid driver's license Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check Equal Opportunity & Compensation
