Make a real difference in seniors' lives Responsibilities Provide compassionate, personalized in-home care Monitor client health to reduce hospital re-admissions Create a safe, nurturing home environment Encourage social interaction and enrichment activities Build trust with clients and their families Accurately complete care tasks and documentation Follow individualized care plans with professionalism Qualifications & Skills Must pass a South Carolina SLED background check Minimum of 6 months experience with seniors or chronically ill individuals CNA/HHA/PCA certification preferred Excellent communication and documentation skills Reliable, compassionate, and punctual Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation (if transporting clients) Experience with WellSky is a plus Must pass a 10-panel drug screen Benefits That Start Day One Flexible scheduling Ongoing training & education Caregiver of the Month contests & giveaways Referral bonuses Paid mileage for multiple client visits On-demand pay (coming soon!)
