Join us as a full‑time Compliance Inspector overseeing property inspections and maintenance of violations across our association portfolio.
Job Description CAMS (Community Association Management Services) partners with Associa to manage community compliance. In this role you will conduct property inspections, document infractions, track violations, and collaborate with other team members to ensure compliance with governing documents.
Responsibilities
Work inside and outside the office.
Drive throughout communities and inspect properties and common areas.
Investigate complaints and respond as directed.
Document new violations and update existing ones.
Maintain data and update violations via tablet, smartphone, or computer.
Communicate with managers, colleagues, and clients.
Produce incident reports as directed.
Complete other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Self‑motivated with willingness to seek help when needed.
Team player who assists managers and teammates.
Ability to prioritize, organize, and execute tasks efficiently.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and proof of insurance.
Clean driving record and ongoing maintenance of safe driving standards.
Benefits And Pay Full‑time, Monday‑Friday, 40 hours per week. Hourly rate: $22.00 with mileage reimbursement for inspection travel.
