Body Shop Estimator Position: Body Shop Estimator
Greet customers and assess vehicle damage in person and through photos
Prepare accurate repair estimates using estimating software (CCC, Mitchell, etc.)
Communicate with insurance companies, adjusters, and customers throughout the repair process
Coordinate with technicians to ensure repair accuracy and timeline expectations
Review supplements, parts orders, and repair plans
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism
Prior estimating experience in a collision center or dealership preferred
Strong knowledge of collision repair processes and insurance procedures
Proficiency with estimating software
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Customer Service Representative (CSR) Position: Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Serve as the first point of contact for collision center customers
Schedule appointments, manage inbound calls, and assist walkins
Provide updates to customers regarding repair status
Assist with paperwork, insurance communication, and customer followup
Support the estimator and technicians with administrative tasks
Maintain a friendly, professional, and welcoming environment
Customer service or administrative experience (automotive preferred but not required)
Strong communication and multitasking abilities
Comfortable using computers and dealership management systems
Positive attitude and teamoriented mindset
