Auto Body Estimator – Burns Collision Center of Marlton
Burns Collision Center of Marlton is looking for an experienced, customer-focused Auto Body Estimator to join our growing team. If you excel in repair planning, enjoy working with customers and insurance partners, and want to be part of a professional, fast-paced shop, we want to meet you!
Key Responsibilities
Write accurate, detailed damage estimates (CCC One/Mitchell experience a plus)
Greet customers and walk them through the repair process
Communicate with insurance companies and adjusters
Review supplements and update repair plans as needed with technicians
Ensure high-quality customer service from drop-off to delivery
Maintain organized files, photos, and documentation
Qualifications
Auto body estimating experience required
Knowledge of collision repair processes and parts
Strong communication and customer-service skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Computer literacy and estimating software proficiency
Valid driver's license
ROME management experience a plus
