Plaintiff-side personal injury practice

Handles matters from intake through trial (many resolving in pre-litigation)

Strong commitment to training, mentorship, and professional development

What You’ll Do

Manage your own caseload of personal injury matters from intake to resolution

Conduct client meetings, gather evidence, draft pleadings, negotiate settlements, and prepare cases for litigation

Work closely with a collaborative legal team during regular meetings and case strategy discussions

Represent clients passionately and professionally at all stages of the legal process

Contribute to a positive, team-driven work environment

Experience & Qualifications

3 years of personal injury experience (plaintiff-side experience strongly preferred)

Litigation or trial experience is a plus, but not required

Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with clients and team members

Self-starter with the ability to manage responsibilities independently

Commitment to showing up, communicating, and participating in a collaborative team setting

Work Environment

In-office role (Nashville, TN)

No billable hours — the focus is on results, not time tracking

Regular team meetings with expectations of reliability, attendance, and contribution
