Senior Plaintiff’s Personal Injury Paralegal
Hauppauge/Islandia Area - In Office
Salary: $80,000–$85,000 (Based on Experience)
We are seeking an experienced
Plaintiff's Medical Malpractice Paralegal
to join our growing litigation team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented paralegal with a strong background in
plaintiff's personal injury law
and an interest in medical malpractice cases.
Requirements (Must Have):
Plaintiff's personal injury experience
(required)
Strong understanding of litigation procedures, pleadings, and case management
Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
Ability to manage cases from intake through trial preparation
Proficiency with legal software, Microsoft Office, and document management systems
Preferred (Plus):
Medical malpractice experience or knowledge
Familiarity with medical records, summaries, authorizations, and expert coordination
Responsibilities Include:
Managing plaintiff-side medical malpractice and personal injury cases
Drafting pleadings, discovery demands/responses, and correspondence
Reviewing, organizing, and summarizing medical records
Assisting attorneys with trial preparation, filings, and deadlines
Communicating with clients, medical providers, and experts
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary range: $80,000–$85,000 , commensurate with experience
