Plaintiff's Personal Injury Paralegal - 3+ Years Experience
Qualifications & Responsibilities
3+ years of paralegal experience in plaintiff personal injury litigation
Prior experience specifically as a plaintiff's personal injury paralegal (most recent role preferred)
Routine client contact; many clients are Spanish-speaking
Ability to obtain and organize medical records and prepare medical chronologies
Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, and related litigation documents; e-file with the court
Case management and administrative support throughout the life of the case
Bilingual English/Spanish required, including translating legal documents both ways
Why This Role
Total compensation of $60,000-$85,000 (base salary + bonus)
Monthly performance bonuses plus a discretionary Christmas bonus
No weekend work; excellent work-life balance

Full-time, fully in-office position
