A well-established plaintiff personal injury law firm is seeking an experienced Plaintiff's Personal Injury Paralegal with 3+ years of experience to work in their southeast Houston office. The role supports one attorney in a collaborative, well‑run office with strong support staff and clearly defined expectations.
Qualifications & Responsibilities
3+ years of paralegal experience in plaintiff personal injury litigation
Prior experience specifically as a plaintiff's personal injury paralegal (most recent role preferred)
Routine client contact; many clients are Spanish‑speaking
Ability to obtain and organize medical records and prepare medical chronologies
Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, and related litigation documents; e‑file with the court
Case management and administrative support throughout the life of the case
Bilingual English/Spanish required, including translating legal documents both ways
Why This Role
Total compensation of $65,000‑$85,000 (base salary + bonus)
Monthly performance bonuses plus a discretionary Christmas bonus
No weekend work; excellent work‑life balance

Full‑time, fully in‑office position
