About the Role The Human Resource Specialist supports HR team members with administrative tasks, manages reports and complex data projects, and maintains confidentiality of sensitive employee information. They collaborate closely with the HR team to deliver high-quality customer service and represent the department professionally.
Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED required.
Bachelors Degree or equivalent years of experience preferred.
One to three years of job related experience in a confidential environment preferred.
Previous Human Resource experience preferred.
Experience with matrix organization and complex work environment preferred.
Knowledge and understanding of regulations and laws (e.g. FLSA; COBRA; ADA; FMLA; etc.).
Basic proficiency in MS office required (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
