Overview Intuit is seeking Tax Experts with an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) to connect with clients and deliver high‑quality tax service.

What You Will Do In this role, you will help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products by providing tax advice, full‑service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to customers using everyday language.
Act as a virtual, customer‑facing professional, using Intuit’s state‑of‑the‑art video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records.
Who You Are
Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws and an active PTIN.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
Passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation and committed to enhancing the brand by delighting customers and empowering them to prepare their taxes.
Excellent customer service skills and excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.
What You Need
Must have (or be willing to obtain) an internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
Compensation Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay‑for‑performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is:
Bay Area, California $28.80 – $36.50
Southern California $28.80 – $36.50
Colorado $27.50 – $34.80
Hawaii $28.80 – $36.50
Illinois $27.50 – $34.80
Maryland $27.50 – $34.80
Massachusetts $28.80 – $36.50
Minnesota $24.80 – $30.30
New Jersey $28.80 – $36.50
New York $28.80 – $36.50
Ohio $24.80 – $30.30
Vermont $27.50 – $34.80
Washington $28.80 – $36.50
Washington DC $28.80 – $36.50
