We are seeking an attorney with six to ten years of corporate and/or real estate transactional experience to join our firm. The ideal candidate would have experience in several areas, including corporate governance, tax, business planning, and real estate. Candidates must be members of the California Bar, should have a competitive law school class ranking, and strong research and writing skills are expected. Law school journal experience is preferred. Hybrid work is permitted, but associates are required to work primarily in the office. A growing book of business is a plus but not a requirement.
