Experience: 1–4 Years PQE | Real Estate Transactions, Construction & Entitlements
A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate (1–4 PQE) to join its Los Angeles‑based practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong transactional foundation and be comfortable working on a mix of development, construction, and financing matters.
About The Role Join a market‑leading team advising on a wide spectrum of real estate matters, including acquisitions, entitlements, regulatory issues, and development‑related contracts. This position offers exposure to some of the region’s most high‑profile deals and a highly collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Draft and negotiate real estate transaction documents
Support entitlement and development matters
Advise on construction agreements and related regulatory issues
Coordinate with cross‑disciplinary teams on financing and project execution
Manage multiple transactions with precision and client responsiveness
Who You Are
1–4 years of real estate experience at a large or mid‑sized law firm
JD from a respected U.S. law school; member of the California Bar
Excellent drafting, writing, and project management skills
Demonstrated interest in transactional real estate and development
A creative, organized, and detail‑oriented legal professional
Compensation Salary Range: $205,000 – $260,000 (DOE)
