Role Description This is a full-time on-site Real Estate Associate role located in Los Angeles, CA. The Real Estate Associate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating leases, loan documents, bond documents, purchase and sale agreements, and generally assisting with real estate transactions, and providing legal counsel on commercial real estate matters.

Qualifications

0-6 years experience in the real estate department of a law firm

Strong understanding of Leases and Real Estate concepts

Experience in Commercial Real Estate and Real Estate Transactions

Knowledge of Real Estate Development processes

Exceptional legal research and analytical skills

Strong communication and negotiation skills

California State Bar membership

Experience or interest in affordable housing or other highly-regulated industry is a big plus.
