Real Estate Associate (Mid–Senior Level) – New York Location: New York, NY

Experience: 3–8 Years PQE – Joint Ventures, Acquisitions, REITs & Leasing

A leading global law firm is seeking a mid- to senior-level Real Estate Associate to join its top-ranked real estate team in New York. This is a rare opportunity to work on complex, high-profile transactions within a globally integrated platform.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support joint ventures, acquisitions, sales, and REIT-related matters

Draft and negotiate real estate purchase and sale agreements, JV documents, and leases

Advise clients across asset classes including office, multifamily, retail, and mixed-use

Supervise junior associates and liaise with specialists across tax, finance, and funds

Who You Are

3–8 years of experience in sophisticated real estate transactions

Strong technical experience in JV structuring, acquisitions, leasing, or private equity real estate

Excellent academic credentials and JD from a respected U.S. law school

Admitted to the New York Bar or eligible to waive in

Team player with a commercial mindset and a high attention to detail

Compensation Salary Range:

$260,000 – $435,000 (DOE)
