A premier U.S. law firm is looking to hire a
Real Estate Junior Associate
(1–3 years PQE) to join its team in
Dallas or Houston, TX . This is an outstanding opportunity to work on high-value commercial real estate transactions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Experience:
1–3 Years
The Role You’ll work alongside experienced partners and senior associates on a wide range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, leasing, and joint ventures. From day one, you’ll be involved in sophisticated deal work with leading institutional clients.
What You’ll Be Doing
Drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan documents, and JV agreements
Handling diligence and title/survey review
Managing aspects of closings and transactional execution
Supporting senior attorneys while taking on increasing levels of responsibility
Ideal Candidate
1–3 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions
Background at a well-regarded law firm or boutique real estate practice
Strong academic credentials and drafting skills
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage competing priorities
Excellent communication skills and a team‑player mindset
