Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
Structuring and closing commercial and agricultural loans
Managing and servicing an existing portfolio of loans
Identifying new business opportunities and contributing to loan growth
Ensuring compliance with lending policies and regulatory requirements
Skills for Success
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
Minimum of three years of lending experience, preferably with commercial or agricultural clients
Knowledge of underwriting from origination to loan closing
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
A passion for helping customers succeed and building lasting relationships
