Drive the leasing process by engaging prospective residents, customizing tours and outlining community features. Create a sense of community, going the extra mile to provide a spectacular experience for new residents. Leverage sales and marketing skills to drive leasing performance, using creative campaigns, continuous outreach and social media. Follow through on every lead with tailored updates, painting a picture of what it’s like to call the community home. Help both residents and colleagues in creating a better way to live. Qualifications
A high school diploma or GED required. 1-2 years of leasing or customer service experience, preferably in real estate or property management. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Benefits
