We’re seeking a Leasing consultant who brings strong experience, a proactive mindset, and a passion for customer service to every interaction.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of Leasing Onesite experience strongly preferred (other property management software accepted) Valid Driver’s License Bilingual preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong time management and critical thinking abilities Solid understanding of Fair Housing laws Responsibilities:
Income Collection
Update daily records of rents, deposits, and application fees Issue notices for late payments, evictions, and returned checks Pursue delinquent accounts in accordance with local and state laws Coordinate evictions and skipped units Resident Relations
Provide outstanding customer service to residents and prospects Conduct move-out and vacancy inspections Participate in resident retention events Marketing & Leasing
Manage all phases of leasing and retention Handle monthly lease renewals Knock experience preferred What We Offer:
