Job Description The Reconciliation Team is a critical part of Antares by ensuring the accuracy of investment data internally across the firm as well as externally with counterparties, fund administrators and investor reporting. Reporting to the Team Lead, the Analyst’s primary role is to perform daily, monthly, quarterly and periodic reconciliations across multiple accounts, portfolios and internal systems. This role is situated in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where you will be expected to apply your analytical skills and financial expertise to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in all operations.

Responsibilities

Perform daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reconciliations of cash, positions, and accrued income values across multiple portfolios, custodians and fund administrators.

Communicate effectively with internal and external parties to ensure discrepancies are identified correctly, assigned appropriately and resolved in a timely manner.

Execute assigned Standard Operating Procedures by employing Best Practices to ensure accurate and consistent deliverables that are aligned with individual and team performance goals.

Produce complete, accurate and on time monthly tie-out and sign-off deliverables for assigned reconciliations.

Analyze data on assigned reconciliations for escalation issues, recurring break themes and root cause considerations.

Collaborate with IT and Operations teams to enhance reconciliation tools and automate processes where possible.

Update the Recon Team’s Operational database so we can continue delivering consistently accurate investment data to our clients.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree, with a preferred concentration in finance, accounting, business, or economics.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 with emphasis on Outlook, Word and Excel usage or comparable software application.

2+ years of experience with a financial institution and data reconciliation processes.

Motivated self-starter with a responsive, collaborative, and professional demeanor and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Reliable, detail-oriented problem solver that takes ownership and follows through to completion of assigned tasks.

Investment Loan Operations experience or Knowledge of WSO a plus.

The Fine Print

Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.

Must be willing to comply with pre-employment screening, including but not limited to drug testing, reference verification, and background check.

Must be willing to work from Chicago and travel as necessary.

Base Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000
