What You Will Do
Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products.
Provide tax advice and full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries.
Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate answers to customers in everyday language.
Engage via state-of-the-art video communication software and document interactions to maintain accurate records.
Who You Are
Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws, and an active PTIN.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) written and spoken communication skills.
Passionate about helping clients navigate complex taxation, committed to enhancing Intuit’s brand, delighting customers, and empowering them to prepare taxes.
Excellent customer service skills; excited to interact with customers via video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.
What You Need
Internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria.
Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week across at least three days.
Compensation & Benefits Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay-for-performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is as follows:
Bay Area, California: $28.80 - $36.50/hr
Southern California: $28.80 - $36.50/hr
Colorado: $27.50 - $34.80/hr
Hawaii: $28.80 - $36.50/hr
Illinois: $27.50 - $34.80/hr
Maryland: $27.50 - $34.80/hr
Massachusetts: $28.80 - $36.50/hr
Minnesota: $24.80 - $30.30/hr
New Jersey: $28.80 - $36.50/hr
New York: $28.80 - $36.50/hr
Ohio: $24.80 - $30.30/hr
Vermont: $27.50 - $34.80/hr
Washington: $28.80 - $36.50/hr
Washington DC: $28.80 - $36.50/hr
This position is eligible for cash bonuses, equity rewards, and benefits per Intuit plans and programs. Pay is based on job knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
