Location: District South in Greenville, SC. Salary: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year.

Responsibilities
Answer the telephone and sell the community to prospective residents
Set appointments for prospective residents to visit and tour the community
Show prospective residents the community and apartment homes
Conduct timely follow‑up, schedule move‑ins and complete required paperwork
Close the sale to meet or exceed monthly sales goals
Provide exceptional customer service by responding quickly and courteously to resident inquiries and service requests, taking prompt action to resolve problems, and documenting situations as they occur
Play an integral role in resident retention through participation in resident activities, renewal preparation, follow‑up and resident needs assessments
Perform administrative tasks and those assigned by community management
Qualifications
Proven record of meeting monthly sales goals in a retail or multifamily sales role
Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with prospects, co‑workers, residents, vendors and corporate staff
Strong passion for delivering best‑in‑class service to help ensure the highest possible level of customer satisfaction and retention
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to work effectively and in a fast‑paced, constantly changing environment
Solid multi‑tasking skills along with the ability to consistently meet deadlines
Willingness and ability to work weekends and holidays as the business requires
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Ability to travel for training and occasional meetings
Professional appearance with a positive attitude, team‑player attitude and willingness to learn
Education & Experience
Previous retail sales or multifamily leasing experience required
GED or high school diploma preferred
