Seasonal Bilingual Credentialed Tax Professional - Remote
Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney), we would love to connect with you!
Overview As a Tax Expert, you will help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. You’ll provide tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries to advance our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”

What You Will Do
Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to search for and deliver the correct answer to customers using everyday language.
Engage in a virtual, customer-facing role, using state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records.
Who You Are
Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws, and an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills, written and spoken.
Passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation and committed to enhancing our brand by delighting customers and empowering them to prepare their taxes.
Excellent customer service skills and excitement to interact with customers through video and audio tools professionally, friendly, and confidently.
What You Need
Internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria.
Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
