Responsibilities
Lease for 250+ units at three locations: Wade Manor, The Park & Poet Place. Work full time at Wade Manor and commute to tour at The Park & Poet Place as needed. Qualifications
Enjoy customer service and working with the public. Experience in leasing and solid understanding of Fair Housing. Demonstrate community and apartment/model knowledge, apply product knowledge to customer needs by communicating features and benefits to close the sale. Bilingual a plus.
