Join one of our clinical teams as a Rehabilitation Specialist and provide support to our members to help them increase their employment and independent living skills. You will work in partnership with a vocational rehabilitation counselor, community rehabilitation program providers, and other parties to help members increase or maintain involvement in learning, working, and social activities. You will also work closely with the clinical team to ensure all services in members’ individual service plans are implemented.
Requirements
Must possess one of the following:
Master's or bachelor's degree with a behavioral health or related field
Bachelor's degree in a non-related field PLUS one year related experience
Associate's degree in any field PLUS one year related experience
High school diploma or equivalency certificate PLUS three years' related experience
Minimum one year experience working with seriously mentally ill (SMI) adults
Experience with vocational, rehabilitation, educational, and social services for SMI adults required
Must maintain current CPR, First Aid, and Therapeutic Options certifications (offered through Southwest Network)
Must maintain a valid Arizona driver's license and car insurance
Must be at 21 years of age.
