Position: Email Support Specialist
AYS Inc is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Email Support Specialist to join our team in California. As an Email Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through email communication with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via email in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding our products and services
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers
Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and efficient customer service
Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals
Continuously identify and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
2+ years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and email management systems
Experience with CRM software is a plus
