Responsibilities
Respond to customer emails in French, providing accurate and comprehensive information regarding products and services. Assist clients with order-related questions, account issues, and general inquiries. Troubleshoot customer problems and deliver effective solutions or elevate issues as required. Document all customer interactions within the CRM system for proper tracking and follow-up. Collaborate with fellow team members to maintain high standards of service quality. Identify common issues in customer inquiries and communicate feedback to management for process improvements. Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide reliable assistance to clients. Qualifications
Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken. Experience in email support or customer service roles is highly recommended. Exceptional written communication skills with a strong emphasis on clarity and professionalism. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to handle customer inquiries effectively. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote environment. Familiarity with CRM software and email management tools is an advantage.
