Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for French-speaking customers, offering exceptional support via phone, email, and chat. Timely respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to fully understand their needs and help them realize the benefits of our solutions. Effectively resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring a positive customer experience. Document all customer interactions and suggest improvements within the CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to leverage upselling opportunities and foster customer engagement. Stay informed about product updates and industry trends to enhance the support provided to clients. Qualifications
Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken. Experience in customer service or customer success roles is highly preferred. Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving customer issues. Highly organized with great attention to detail. Familiarity with CRM software and standard office tools. A positive attitude and a genuine passion for aiding customer success. Benefits
