In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, addressing their questions and resolving any technical issues they may encounter. Key Responsibilities
Manage incoming customer inquiries in French through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Troubleshoot clients' technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions. Document all interactions and resolutions in the service desk platform. Offer product guidance and technical support to enhance user experience. Work alongside team members to improve service delivery and optimize processes. Engage in continuous training to stay updated on services and customer service trends. Qualifications
Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter. Experience in customer service or technical support roles is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Outstanding communication skills and an aptitude for listening to clients. Collaborative spirit with the ability to work independently. Eagerness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced work environment. Dedication to delivering excellent customer service. Benefits
