Patrique Mercier Recruitment ES is excited to offer a position for a Polish Speaking Service Desk Analyst to join our dedicated team. This role is ideal for individuals who have a passion for technology and customer service, and want to make a significant impact while supporting our Polish-speaking clients.
As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be the frontline support for our customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving any technical issues they may encounter. Your exceptional communication skills and technical abilities will be crucial in ensuring a smooth and satisfying customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer inquiries in Polish through various channels such as phone, email, and chat. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively to meet customer needs. Document all interactions and solutions accurately within the service desk platform. Provide technical guidance and support to customers to enhance their experience with our products. Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for service improvement. Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated with the latest technology and customer service practices. Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter. Experience in customer service or technical support roles is preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges in a dynamic environment.
