As a Service Desk Analyst, you will act as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring that they receive quick and effective solutions. Your contribution will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience and maintaining our reputation for outstanding service. Key Responsibilities

Respond to incoming customer inquiries in Spanish via phone, email, and chat. Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions, ensuring customer satisfaction. Document all interactions and solutions in the service desk system for reference. Provide guidance on product usage and best practices. Collaborate with colleagues to elevate service standards and improve processes. Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on product offerings and customer service best practices. Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken) is essential. Experience in a customer service or technical support role is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional communication and listening skills. Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
