As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be the initial point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and resolving any technical issues they may encounter. Your effective communication and technical skills will play a pivotal role in ensuring a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities

Manage customer inquiries in Dutch through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively. Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and resolutions in the service desk platform. Provide product guidance and technical support to enhance user experience. Work collaboratively with team members to improve service delivery and processes. Engage in continuous learning to stay informed about service offerings and evolving customer service techniques. Qualifications

Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated. Experience in customer service or technical support roles is preferred. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Team player with the ability to work independently.
