Act as the primary liaison for French-speaking customers, providing assistance through various communication channels such as phone, email, and live chat.
Enhance customer satisfaction by promptly addressing inquiries and effectively resolving any issues that arise.
Maintain thorough records of customer interactions and feedback in our CRM software to ensure accurate tracking.
Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements to the overall customer experience.
Collaborate with other departments to develop solutions that prioritize customer happiness.
Stay well-informed about products and services to provide knowledgeable support and recommendations to customers.
Contribute to team goals and maintain a positive work environment by sharing ideas and supporting team initiatives.
Qualifications
Fluency in French and English, with strong writing and speaking abilities.
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is highly desirable.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Experience with CRM systems and customer support technologies is an advantage.
Highly organized and detail-oriented in managing customer inquiries.
