Patrique Mercier Recruitment ES is excited to present a fantastic opportunity for a French Speaking Gaming Community Support Agent! If you are a gaming enthusiast with a passion for providing excellent customer support, we want to hear from you. This role will enable you to connect with players and help to create a vibrant and supportive gaming community.
As a Gaming Community Support Agent, you will be responsible for assisting our French-speaking players by addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering community engagement. Your expertise in the French language will be essential in delivering a positive player experience and ensuring that our community feels heard and supported.
Key Responsibilities
Provide outstanding support to French-speaking gamers through various communication channels (email, chat, forums). Engage with the community by monitoring inquiries and addressing issues promptly and effectively. Collect player feedback and collaborate with internal teams to improve gaming experiences. Assist in organizing and facilitating community events that enhance player interaction. Identify trends within the community and raise significant issues to the appropriate teams. Remain knowledgeable about the latest developments in the gaming industry and community interests. Qualifications
Fluency in French (both spoken and written) is a must. Your nationality and native language should be included in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter. A deep passion for gaming, with familiarity across a range of gaming platforms. Prior experience in customer service or community management is advantageous. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work collaboratively within a team environment, as well as independently. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with an initiative to assist users proactively. Comfortable using various digital communication tools and technologies. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends when necessary. Benefits
