We are looking for energetic and customer-focused individuals who are fluent in French and passionate about providing top-notch service to our clients. As a Customer Loyalty Adviser, you will be responsible for engaging with our French-speaking customers, handling their inquiries, and resolving issues effectively to enhance their loyalty to our brand. You will play a key role in ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable, contributing to a strong sense of community and satisfaction. Fluency in French is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter. Previous experience in customer service or client relations is preferred. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach. Detail-oriented and highly organized. A team player with a passion for providing excellent customer service.
