Polish Speaking Customer Loyalty Adviser

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who are fluent in Polish and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service while fostering long-lasting relationships with our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with our Polish-speaking customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may face. Your contributions will be vital in ensuring that our customers feel valued and heard, enhancing their loyalty and overall satisfaction with our brand. Fluency in Polish is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter. Previous experience in customer service or loyalty management is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and building strong customer loyalty.
